FATHEADDOUGH KETO PIZZA "DOUGH"





Fat Head Pizza Dough:

1.      3 Cups Shredded Mozzarella.

2.      4 tbsp Cream Cheese.

3.      1 ½ Cup Almond Flour.

4.      2 Eggs.

5.      Seasonings (¼ tsp Italian seasoning, ¼ tsp Garlic powder & ¼ Onion powder)

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl add 3 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and 4 tbsp of cream cheese. Place the mixing bowl into the microwave and cook for 1min. Mix ingredients together.

Add 1 ½ cup Almond flour with seasonings in the same bowl and 2 eggs and fold ingredients together.

On a flat surface, lay parchment paper onto the surface and place the ingredients in the mixing bowl on top of the parchment paper. With wet hands mold the dough in a round shape. Place parchment paper on top of the dough and use a rolling pan to flatten the dough evenly. Once you have flattened the dough, take a fork and poke holes in the dough. Place the parchment paper with the dough and place onto a pizza pan.

Place the pizza pan into a preheated 350-degree oven for 12mins.

Take out of the oven and using your desired cooked toppings place the pizza back into the oven until the cheese toppings melt!
