simple tasty keto friendly meal without unwanted carbs!

taco lettuce boats 5gram of carbohydrates.
·
Ground Beef.
·
Romaine Lettuce.
·
Chopped Onions.
·
Diced red onions.
·
Diced Tomatoes.
·
2tbsp Tomato Paste.
·
Lime.
·
Diced Jalapenos.
·
Shredded Cheese.
·
Cilantro.
·
Seasonings (Cumin, Chili Powder, Salt, Pepper, Garlic
Powder).
Directions…
Med/High
heated skillet, drizzle olive oil and add chopped onions and jalapenos. Sauté vegetables
until tender. Add ground beef to the skillet, add 2 tbsp of tomato paste and
seasonings (salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and cayenne
pepper) *season to taste*
Cook
the ground beef until it’s brown. Use a colander to drain the excess grease
from the ground beef. Once drained add the ground beef back in the skillet.
*USE
DESIRED TACO TOPPINGS/GARNISHES*
Clean
the romaine lettuce and pat dry. Spoon the ground beef mixture inside of each
Romaine lettuce leaf. Sprinkle shredded Cheese, Sour Cream and Pico de Galo (diced Roma tomatoes,
diced red onions, diced jalapenos, chopped cilantro, 1 squeezed lime and season
with salt, pepper and garlic).
